Privacy & safeguarding

How we handle personal data, photographs and the safety of children

What we collect

The forms on this site open an email to the club; we receive only what you choose to send (name, contact details, profession, campus or barangay) and use it to respond and to run the programme you asked about. We do not sell or share it.

Photographs

We publish photographs of our activities. Adults are photographed with their knowledge; children appear only with a parent's or guardian's signed consent, and never with names, schools or health information. To have a photograph removed, email the club.

Children in our programmes

The club follows Rotary's youth-protection standards and Philippine law on child protection: two adults present at all times; no member alone with a child; coded records; and reporting through the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children where required. Our Child Protection Officer can be reached through the club email.

Non-partisanship

Rotary is non-political and non-sectarian. The club does not endorse candidates for public office, and during election periods our materials do not feature candidates.
