In the year of Create Lasting Impact, the Rotary Club of Balibago chooses depth over breadth: one community at a time, starting with Balibago, our home, anchored in its daycare center — where a community's future is smallest, most measurable and most worth protecting.

Three pillars — family health, family livelihood, early literacy — because a healthy child without a stable family income is impact at risk.

We will measure what we do, not just count it: baseline on 30 September, endline in May with the same tools, and a public Impact Report on 29 May 2027 that says what happened. And we will leave systems behind, with owners attached.
