Why this weekend
Finish what began here in 1979
Rotary's fight against polio began in the Philippines in 1979. Since 1988 the world has cut polio by 99.9 percent. Only the last mile remains — and it is ours to walk.
Three days at Clark Freeport for The Rotary Foundation — not only polio. Gifts to PolioPlus are matched two-to-one; gifts to the Annual Fund come back to District 3790 in three years as grants for projects like ours. One rising tally, one Sunday-night reveal.

Where the money goes
Two giving pathways, both leveraged
PolioPlus — matched two-to-one by the Gates Foundation. The Annual Fund — invested for three years, then half comes back to our district as grants. Three buckets, kept separate; the reveal is labelled; the report goes on our Transparency Board.
The number revealed on Sunday night is not one blob: collected cash, signed pledges, restricted gifts, event net and Gates-matched impact are labelled separately. Accounts are kept in three separate buckets — cause funds, operating cash, in-kind — with dual approval and three quotes on every major line, and the financial report is posted on our Transparency Board within days of the event.

Take a seat or a table at the TRF Honors Banquet on Sunday night, where the total is revealed and Foundation donors are recognised.

From an exhibitor booth to the title sponsorship — "The Last Mile Festival, presented by ___" — with category exclusivity, written guarantees, and a recap within thirty days. No tobacco, gambling or arms.
Clark is rising with us: 2.75 million airport passengers in 2025, up 14 percent, and a catchment that now reaches Tarlac, Bataan, Bulacan and northern Metro Manila. In keeping with Rotary policy, the festival does not accept tobacco, gambling or arms sponsorship.
