Club business meetings are on the last Friday of the month, 6:00–8:00 PM, at Beauté Beanery, Beautéderm Building, Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Angeles City. Guests are welcome by arrangement — message us first. Add our big days to your calendar (.ics).

Reading Corner & Book Drive launch
The Balibago Reading Corner opens and the Book Drive begins with a read-aloud at Balibago Barangay Hall.

The Grand Day
Induction & Turnover, District Governor Ronald Dy's Official Visit, a Red Cross blood drive, the public launch of Service That Stays — and the induction and charter of our first Rotaractors.

Balibago Health Caravan
Screening for 400–500 residents and the first re-check of the daycare children.
- 23Jan
Jobs, Skills & Mentors Fair
300–500 jobseekers meet employers, a skills-certification desk and mentors.
- 19–21Feb
The Last Mile Festival: The TRF Fundraising
The club's signature fundraiser for The Rotary Foundation, at Clark with the District TRF & PolioPlus Banquet; partners and sponsors honoured, and the next set of Rotaractors inducted.

The baseline-to-endline results published in public; every partner signs next year's first date.
