Who we are
A club of neighbours and professionals
A Rotary club in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines — Club No. 83157 of Rotary International, District 3790, Cluster 3B. Chartered 6 May 2010 under Charter President Roger Santos; 49 Rotarians today, in our seventeenth year of service. Registered in August 2026 as Balibago Community of Rotarians Inc.
This year's programme is Service That Stays: one family impact programme anchored in a barangay daycare center — health, livelihood and literacy for the same families, measured from baseline to endline.

Rotarian Code of Conduct
As a Rotarian, I will:
- Act with integrity and high ethical standards in my personal and professional life.
- Deal fairly with others and treat them and their occupations with respect.
- Use my professional skills through Rotary to mentor young people, help those with special needs, and improve people's quality of life in my community and in the world.
- Avoid behavior that reflects adversely on Rotary or other Rotarians.
- Help maintain a harassment-free environment in Rotary meetings, events, and activities, report any suspected harassment, and help ensure non-retaliation to those individuals that report harassment.

Governance
How we run the club
Every month, on time
A business meeting with a published agenda; project days in between.
Every peso accounted for
Board-approved budget, co-signed releases, monthly finance report, annual audit.
Evidence within ten days
Report, photographs, attendance and receipts within ten days; a public Impact Report at year end.

When and where do you meet?
Our monthly business meeting is on the last Friday of the month, 6:00–8:00 PM, at Beauté Beanery in the Beautéderm Building, Barangay Sto. Domingo, Angeles City; fellowships and project days fall in between — see the calendar. Guests are welcome — message us first so we can save you a seat.
How do I join?
Come to a project or a meeting as our guest, attend an orientation, then apply with a member as your sponsor. The next induction is at the Grand Day on 28 October 2026. Dues, fees and expectations are explained at orientation — no surprises.
I'm a student. Can I be part of this?
Yes. Rotaract recruitment (ages 18 and over) is open until 28 October 2026, when the first Rotaractors are inducted and chartered at the Grand Day; an Interact club (ages 12–18) follows with a partner school. See the Join page.
Can I volunteer without becoming a member?
Yes. Doctors, nurses, dentists, teachers, lawyers, drivers, photographers and organisers all have a role for two hours a month. Tell us your profession and we will match you to a project.
How do you handle donations?
Every donation is acknowledged in writing and reported; goods given at our projects go straight to the beneficiaries. We do not publish bank or e-wallet details online — use the form on the Partner & Give page and our Treasurer will respond with the club's official details.
Is Rotary political or religious?
No. Rotary is non-political and non-sectarian. The club does not endorse candidates for public office, and during election periods our materials do not feature candidates.
